The Garden bedroom is set on the ground floor and overlooks the garden on two sides. It has an ensuite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and loo. This room is ideal for anybody who has difficulty climbing stairs. King sized bed.

Court Bedroom – this large bedroom is attached to the main house but has its own separate entrance. It has a large bright bathroom with double vanities and a separate bath and walk-in shower. King sized bed and room for extra single bed.

Orchard bedroom – this sun drenched double aspect room has its own balcony and overlooks the orchard and vegetable patch on one side and Bakenkop mountain on the other. It has a bright ensuite bathroom which also opens onto the balcony. King sized bed.

Mountain bedroom – set in the attic this triple room is incredibly cosy and charming. It has views on one side over the orchard and mountains and on the other over the court, pool and Simonsberg. It has its dedicated bathroom but is not ensuite. Three single beds or one king and one single.

Valley bedroom – this double bedroom is separate from the house and located in the hillside beside the pool barn. It has wonderful dual aspect views over the pool and valley. It has a large bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and separate loo. Three singles, or one king sized bed and one single.

Living and dining at 7 Koppies

The open plan, double- height Kitchen/Living/Dining room is light and airy and surrounded on three sides by windows, conducive to a very convivial time. The kitchen is equipped with two fridge/freezers, a large stove (8 rings and 3 ovens), two dishwashers and two sinks. The dining table can seat up to 16 adults and the sitting area can easily seat 10 with plenty of space for more chairs if required.

Large French-doors side lead onto the sunset veranda (which can seat 16) and a side-door to the breakfast terrace, braai area, vegetable patch and orchard.
